BTI Consulting Names Crowell to Client Service A-Team 2022

Washington – March 28, 2022: BTI Consulting named Crowell & Moring to its Client Service A-Team 2022 in recognition of the ways the firm has provided top-notch service to clients. Crowell has been ranked in the Client Service A-Team every year for the past decade. The firm achieved a ranking this year of 31st out of 280 law firms, and was also recognized as one of the Most Improved Law Firms in this category.

The BTI Client Service A-Team 2022 is determined based on independent and unbiased data collected during the organization’s Annual Survey of General Counsel, which includes more than 350 in-depth interviews with the highest-ranking legal decision makers at companies with at least $1 billion in revenue. Companies taking part in the 2022 research are representative of 15 industry segments and have an average annual income of $24.8 billion.

BTI has determined 17 attributes that clients deem important, including providing practical solutions; ability to solve complex matters; responsiveness; and more. Senior DOJ Appellate Attorney Elizabeth Hecker Joins Crowell & Moring, Bolstering Education Practice

Elizabeth Hecker, former acting deputy chief and special litigation counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division’s Appellate Section, has joined Crowell & Moring as senior counsel in the Litigation Group. Hecker brings more than two decades of experience leading litigation in the federal court of appeals, with a focus on cases involving education and matters related to Title IV, Title VI, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
