The American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Public Contract Law's Committee on Debarment and Suspension releases the third edition of The Practitioner's Guide to Suspension and Debarment, which discusses in depth the expanding decisional law and regulations governing suspension, debarment and exclusion of business and individuals from government contracts and participation in benefit programs. Also included is an up-to-date list of agency debarment officials.
