IPBA Manila Conference

The Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA") is an international association of business and commercial lawyers who reside or have an interest in the Asia-Pacific region. Members are either Asia-Pacific residents or have a strong interest in this part of the world. The IPBA was founded in April 1991 at an organizing conference held in Tokyo attended by more than 500 lawyers throughout Asia and the Pacific. Since then, it has grown to become a preeminent organization in the area of Asia law and business with a membership of approximately 2,000 lawyers from 67 jurisdictions around the world.
Jeffrey Snyder is a moderator of a session entitled, "Trade Law Risk in International Mergers & Acquisitions: "Do" Diligence to Close the Transaction and Avoid Client Liability."
