Matteo advises and assists clients from a variety of sectors in both contentious and non-contentious matters across the whole IP spectrum (patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, trade secrets, etc.). He has experience both in handling complex litigation and in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements (R&D agreements, license agreements, etc.). He also advises clients on commercial law and regulatory matters.
Matteo earned his LL.B. from Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles and his J.D. from Universiteit Gent. In 2016, he obtained an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He became a member of the Brussels bar in 2016.
