Representative Matters

  • Successfully represented a software giant in multiple lawsuits in IP and complex litigation matters involving copyright, DMCA, and contract claims.
  • Represented a social media company in a case regarding unauthorized access to infrastructure and data scraping.
  • Successfully represented a specialty retailer in a highly contentious battle against a large sales platform for multiple IP infringement claims, including design patent and trademark infringement, dilution, false advertising and unfair competition relating to knockoff furniture designs; the platform’s misleading use of registered service marks; and copyright infringement.
  • Defending an innovative technology company in a trademark case involving audio wearables.
  • Successfully represented an award-winning startup that develops ready-to-wear mixed reality glasses in a trademark opposition and litigation proceeding.
