Alex Rosen

Overview

Alex Rosen is an associate in Crowell & Moring's New York office and a member of the firm’s International Trade and Commercial Litigation groups. Alex’s international trade practice includes import regulatory compliance, U.S. export controls, U.S. economic sanctions, and various aspects of international trade litigation. Alex’s commercial litigation practice focuses on representing corporate clients in complex civil litigation.

Additionally, Alex maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on asylum cases in Immigration Court. Recently, he was part of a team of Crowell & Moring attorneys that successfully argued for the asylum of a Bangladeshi woman and her family.

Alex received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. In law school, Alex was a member of Fordham’s Urban Law Journal and was part of Fordham’s Immigrant Rights Clinic. Alex was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County. Alex earned his B.A. in international affairs concentrating in international economics, cum laude, from The George Washington University.
