2021 Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee Midwinter Meeting

The 2021 Occupational Safety and Health Law Committee Midwinter Meeting will feature programs by panelists representing management, union, employee and government perspectives on hot topics and cutting-edge issues in the field of Occupational Safety and Health Law.

• COVID-19 and OSHA Alternatives

Crowell & Moring partner, Dan Wolff, will be speaking on the panel titled "What to Expect in New Regulations and General Enforcement Trends under Biden Administration". This panel will take place on March 23rd from 1:45 - 2:45 pm. This panel will consist of experienced MSHA counsel who will discuss what changes in enforcement we may see with the Biden Administration along with potential new regulations and mine safety laws.
