Overview
Crowell is helping clients review and update the language in contracts with both their suppliers and customers to clarify the parties’ rights and obligations under future tariff regimes. We also represent clients in supply chain disputes involving tariff-related recoveries and applicable contract provisions, including disputes about whether tariff refunds should be passed down the supply chain. We have extensive experience litigating contract supply disputes, and in advising clients to develop or amend domestic and international commercial contracts involving transition service arrangements, supply, distribution, manufacturing, group purchasing, and e-commerce, including those related to online use and privacy policies, and public and private sector outsourcing.
