Overview
Zachary is counsel in the firm’s Health Care Group who focuses on managed care litigation. Zachary has managed cases at the federal and state court levels, before administrative bodies, and before arbitration entities. This experience includes handling full hearings before administrative agencies of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, managing numerous aspects of discovery, participating in oral arguments, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
