Overview
Wing Cheung is a custom trade compliance manager in Crowell & Moring's New York office. As a trade compliance professional, Wing supports clients with import regulatory matters pending primarily before U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP). Wing’s experience covers all areas of import regulatory compliance, including classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, customs valuation, country of origin and marking, trade preference programs and free trade agreements, CBP inquiries (i.e., CF-28s and CF-29s), conducting internal compliance audits, and assisting in developing internal compliance programs. She also has unique experience in addressing other governmental agency issues that arise at the border, notably, importation of fish and wildlife products.
