Thomas is an associate in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. He advises public and private companies at various stages of the business lifecycle on entity formation, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing rounds, and internal governance matters.

Thomas received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association. He also holds a B.S. in business administration from the NYU Stern School of Business.
