Terryl is an associate in the firm’s Health Care Group. His long-time passion for litigation allows him to provide sophisticated and detail-oriented advocacy to a wide range of global commercial clients in both state and federal courts. His practice consists primarily of managed care matters, including breach of contract and claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA).
