Overview
Sophie Hayashi is counsel in the firm’s Transportation Group, where she advises clients on complex international and domestic aviation regulatory, policy, and commercial matters. Drawing on former experience at Delta Air Lines and the U.S. airline trade association, Airlines for America, Sophie advises airlines and other transportation stakeholders on regulatory strategy, government engagement, bilateral air services issues, airport access and capacity constraints, international aviation policy, and emerging global transportation developments.
