Overview

Shaun Kettle advises health care clients on complex litigation matters spanning reimbursement disputes, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and enforcement-related controversies. Based in Crowell & Moring’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Health Care Group, Shaun represents clients across forums, including state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, bringing a strategic, business-oriented perspective to every stage of a dispute.

Prior to joining Crowell, he served as a staff attorney in The Legal Aid Society's Criminal Defense Practice in the Bronx, where he managed the litigation of hundreds of criminal cases from inception to resolution, covering investigation, trial and witness preparation, motion practice, and client counseling. Before his legal career, Shaun worked as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies on strategy and operations in regulatory and regulated environments. This combination of management consulting rigor and frontline litigation experience gives him a distinctive lens through which to approach health care disputes, enabling him to align legal strategy with clients' broader business and regulatory objectives.

Shaun is committed to direct representation and hands-on client service. He maintains an active pro bono practice focused on indigent criminal defense.
