Overview

Sarah Styles is a counsel in the Washington, D.C. office, where she practices in the Government Contracts Group. Sarah’s practice includes a range of government contracts issues, primarily focusing on M&A transactions for private equity and government contractor clients. Her work also includes bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  She handles cybersecurity and small business issues, among other compliance issues that regularly arise for government contractors.

May 22, 2026: A Crowell & Moring team represented Kanders & Company in a complex carveout transaction in which Kanders acquired the biosecurity business of publicly traded Ginkgo Bioworks.
