Ruth Zeltzer
Overview
Drawing on experience spanning a judicial clerkship, federal and state government service, as well as criminal enforcement, Ruth Zeltzer is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Litigation and Health Care groups in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Ruth brings to her practice the analytical rigor developed during her service as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Chambers of the Senior Judges at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, where she gained a deep understanding of appellate procedure and judicial decision-making across a broad range of civil and criminal matters. This experience enables her to craft persuasive legal arguments and to develop effective strategies for the complex litigation issues her clients face.
Before law school, Ruth worked at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, first serving as an Investigator working on complex criminal and civil health care fraud matters. She later served as an Intelligence Analyst in the Major Crimes Division in a regional drug trafficking task force.
