Ruba Noor
Overview
Ruba Noor focuses her practice on litigation and regulatory matters, particularly those involving managed care organizations. Her regulatory practice incorporates deep experience related to the No Surprises Act, specifically in relation to the continuity of care provision, corporate practice of medicine, kickback law, and patient brokering rules in various states. Having worked on various litigation matters, Ruba has extensive experience in prelitigation assessments, expert vetting and retention, and mediation preparation. She also has experience drafting Daubert motions, motions for summary judgments, and pleadings, as well as taking depositions. In addition, Ruba has served on numerous trial teams.
Ruba graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University, where she served as the lead editor of the Drexel Law Review. While in law school, Ruba applied her legal talents to help the community by providing pro bono services to the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, HIAS Pennsylvania, and the Medical Legal Community Partnership.
