Rashmi D. Shivnani

Rashmi has experience representing large and mid-sized clients in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. Her clients span a range of industries, including food and beverage, health care, insurance, and technology. Her client representation covers a range of matters, including class action defense, complex commercial contracts, labor and employment, real estate disputes, construction disputes, torts, and distribution and franchising contracts. She has handled matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code, the Health Care Quality Improvement Act, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act claims. Rashmi is also well-versed in the Biometric Information Privacy Act and related laws.

Prior to entering the legal industry, Rashmi worked as a supply chain analyst and capacity risk manager for a leading automotive company. During law school, Rashmi completed internships with the Notre Dame Community Clinic and for U.S. district courts in the Central District of California and the Northern District of Indiana.
