Michael Pine
Overview
Michael Pine is a counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including the recovery of monies lost as a result of fraud, waste and abuse, trade secret litigation, business torts, contractual disputes, and actions brought under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA). Michael’s practice includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
