Megan also advises on trademark enforcement, monitoring for potential infringements and taking swift action to protect clients’ brand integrity.

Additionally, Megan has experience filing Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints and assisting in the drafting of decisions for WIPO UDRP panelists.
