Overview

Mark Elliot is a goal-oriented public affairs leader with decades of global experience in heavily regulated industries, including healthcare, life sciences, technology and others.  Mark provides strategic support to clients in influencing and advocating international policy, market access, solving complex challenges across the corporate, government, and political landscapes. Mark is a trusted advisor and has established and executed strategies to shape the pharmaceutical environment in developed economies. Mark has been a pivotal force in building alliances and consensus across state, federal, and international stakeholders.

Prior to joining CMI, Mark was a senior vice president, senior advisor and consultant at the Albright Stonebridge group as well as other policy consultancies. Mark was also an executive vice president at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Global Innovation Policy Center (GIPC), where he championed innovation and intellectual property as vital to the U.S. economy and global trade. While with the GIPC, Mark chaired the Alliance for Fair Trade with India to address IP policy concerns in India.

Mark spent more than a decade in various positions in the Australian government. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
