Overview

Lauren Arquette-Huston is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Boston office and a member of the firm’s Health Care and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement groups. In her practice, Lauren represents clients in both internal and government-facing investigations at the federal and state levels, including before the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and state attorneys general. Lauren also assists clients through all stages of litigation, including managing discovery, conducting witness interviews, dispositive motions practice, and drafting appellate briefs. 

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Lauren clerked for Justice Patricia Lee on the Supreme Court of Nevada. At the George Washington University Law School, Lauren won the prestigious Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition, where she successfully argued before a panel of federal and state appellate judges.
