  • Represented Breal Zeta Commercial Finance in connection with the cross-border £85 million facilities agreement for Watermill-CT Holdings Group.
  • Acted for New Look in connection with the £100 million facility agreement provided by Blazehill Capital and Wells Fargo.
  • Acted for Essar Oil (UK) Limited in connection with several receivable finance deals, including:
      • a $150 million receivables purchase agreement with ABN Amro;
      • a $150 million receivables purchase agreement with Soundpoint Capital.
      • a $75 million receivables purchase agreement with Callodine Commercial.
      • a $120 million receivables purchase agreement with Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and Hamburg Commercial Bank.
  • Acted for HSBC Bank in connection with:
      • a £75 million asset-based lending facilities agreement with Air Charter Group.
      • the £93 million re-financing of Anglia Maltings Group.
  • Acted for a European credit fund on several asset based lending transactions, including the debt restructuring of the a UK retailer.
  • Acted for a European logistics company in connection with a £25 million term loan facility agreement provided by HSBC Bank. 
  • Acted as English special counsel alongside NautaDutilh in connection with a cross-border EUR 300 million senior facilities agreement and EUR 75 million borrowing base facility agreement.
  • Acted for Roundhill Capital in connection with a £150 million facilities agreement with Carlyle Group Inc for the refinancing and development of the property known as the Fairfax in Manchester.
  • Acted for Advinia Health Care Limited in connection with the £55 million facilities agreement with Barclays Bank Plc and National Westminster Bank PLC for the purposes of refinancing several care homes.
  • Acted for London and Cambridge Properties (part of M Core) in connection with, amongst other things:
      • the corporate acquisition of the Northampton Shopping Centre.
      • a £30 million term loan facility agreement with National Westminster Bank.
      • a £25 million term loan facility agreement with HSBC UK Bank Plc for the purposes of acquiring certain properties.
  • Acted for Shawbrook Bank in connection with the corporate acquisition by Euston Capital of Pimseal Limited.
  • Acted for Inspirit Capital in connection with the simultaneous corporate acquisition and financing of Alpha 3 Manufacturing.
