Overview

Kendall Jordan focuses her practice on representing managed care organizations in complex litigation across federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

She has experience across all phases of litigation, from the earliest stages of fact investigation and case development through discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation. Her hands-on involvement includes conducting large-scale document reviews, developing litigation strategy, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, taking and defending depositions, and presenting oral argument at the state court level. She has also represented clients in contractual disputes in the financial services industry, further broadening her litigation experience across a range of complex matters.
