Overview
Kathryn Carlson is an associate in the Government Contracts Group in the firm’s Washington D.C. Office. Her practice focuses on providing government contract litigation support, including bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Additionally, she assists government contractors on all aspects of the government contracts regulatory M&A process, including due diligence, and counsels clients on a range of regulatory compliance issues, such as small business issues.
While in law school, Kathryn was an intern at the General Services Administration and the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. Kathryn also externed at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Judge Lerner’s chambers.
