Overview

Joshua is an experienced litigator who focuses on advising managed care plans, health care systems, and other institutional entities throughout arbitration, administrative proceedings, and state and federal court cases. He is a detail-oriented team player who draws upon years of litigation experience to provide effective representation in an efficient manner. His experience includes serving both as a prosecutor and judicial law clerk to a federal district court judge in New York City, as well as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, DC.

Joshua has tried nearly two-dozen cases to verdict and advised a federal district court judge over the course of several trials. He also has researched complex legal issues, drafted and argued numerous motions, engaged in multiple evidentiary hearings, managed extensive discovery, participated in long term investigations, drafted appellate briefs, and examined hundreds of witnesses.

Joshua maintains an active pro bono practice and volunteers as an emergency medical technician—something he has done for over fifteen years. Joshua leverages his health care and litigation experience in support of his clients.
