Overview

Joe McNally is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Health Care Group, based in the firm’s Chicago office. He has significant experience representing health care clients, including payors and pharmaceutical manufacturers, in federal and state litigation and government investigations. Joe’s experience includes all phases of litigation, from discovery and dispositive motions through trial.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Joe practiced at a national firm in Chicago, where he represented health care clients with a focus on the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute. He was part of the trial team that secured the first-ever defense verdict for a pharmaceutical company in a False Claims Act jury trial. Joe previously served in government as a Health Care Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, and as a Civil Division intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
