- Represented health plan in thousands of IDR proceedings under the No Surprises Act, coordinating a team of staff attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals to efficiently manage this docket.
- Represented health plan in defending arbitration involving Medicaid and Medicare Advantage claims.
- Defending and counseling managed care organization in payment dispute involving medical coding, policy, and contracting issues in the home infusion therapy industry.
- Successfully obtained dismissal of payor in member suit brought under ERISA. Case dismissed outright by plaintiffs’ counsel following motion practice.
