John’s primary focus is on dispute work, which includes managed care litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He helps the firm’s managed care clients navigate disputes with providers concerning contractual issues, out-of-network reimbursement and overpayment, and statutory interpretation.

Earlier in his career, John also handled significant regulatory work, providing him with a deep understanding of various government models and programs. This background equips him with the knowledge to address a variety of issues important to managed care clients.

In addition to his professional commitments, John is dedicated to pro bono work, offering his time and experience to support those in need.
