Jessica Longoria

Jessica Longoria is an associate in the Government Contracts and Health Care groups. Jessica has extensive experience in the health care industry, having previously worked for a large academic medical center as well as a large payor before joining Crowell. At Crowell, Jessica focuses on matters arising under the False Claims Act, working on FCA cases for large health care entities and government contractors spanning from the investigation stage to trial. Her areas of experience include the FCA's public disclosure bar provision as well as FCA matters concerning risk adjustment, CMS's Two-Midnight Rule, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Prior to joining Crowell, Jessica also interned at the Department of Justice in the Civil Fraud Section and the Federal Trade Commission in the Health Care Division.
