Overview

Hilary Ming focuses her practice on complex commercial and antitrust litigation. Hilary advises clients on breach of contract, copyright infringement, trade secret, First Amendment, and class action matters. She also represents corporate clients in both state and federal criminal investigations.

Hilary maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily handling matters in connection with the National Veterans Legal Services Program.

Hilary received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.  Prior to joining Crowell, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph M. Quinn at the Superior Court of San Francisco County, California. Hilary was also a legal extern with the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, and a legal intern at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office in its Child and Adult Sexual Assault Unit.
