Eunsoo Choi’s practice is dedicated to representing managed care organizations and health plans in complex litigation and regulatory matters, helping clients navigate the intricate landscape of health care law with confidence and precision.

Prior to law school, Eunsoo honed valuable practical experience and industry knowledge working in-house as a paralegal for two Fortune Global 500 companies.

Eunsoo is also deeply committed to pro bono work and community initiatives, focusing on juvenile record expungement and eviction protection. During law school, Eunsoo served on the executive board of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (NAPALSA), spearheading national professional development programs.

In law school, Eunsoo served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edmond E. Chang of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, gaining insights into federal court litigation practices and procedures. Additionally, she interned at Kim & Chang, Korea’s premier law firm and one of Asia’s largest law firms to engage with a broad range of clients, ensuring that diverse client needs are met with comprehensive and tailored representation.
