Overview

Dor is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Dor’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and corporate governance for emerging and traditional companies.

Dor earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and received the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in both Counterterrorism Privacy and Civil Liberties and U.S. Foreign Policy and International Law. He received his B.A. in Politics with a minor in Legal Studies from Brandeis University.
