Overview
When individuals and businesses have issues concerning high-stakes litigation, mergers and acquisitions, export control and sanction matters, global mobility and employment contract concerns, or antitrust investigations, Darianne Young provides effective, collaborative counsel to minimize client risks and resolve disputes. Working closely with colleagues and clients, Darianne develops legal strategies through researching legal authority, drafting high level memoranda and other legal documents, interviewing witnesses, preparing clients for interviews conducted by government agencies and opposing counsel, and engaging with foreign counsel and personnel on behalf of clients.
