Christian Lichtenberger

Christian Lichtenberger is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office and a member of the Corporate Group. Christian’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters for public and private companies, including initial and follow-on public offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. He also advises public companies on matters such as corporate governance, compliance, and SEC disclosure requirements.
