• Advised a French listed company, European leader in temperature-controlled logistics and transport services, on several acquisitions of transport companies in Belgium and Europe.
• Advised the largest global supplier of industrial gases on the sale of its home care (medical gases) divisions in Belgium and the Netherlands to another giant of the same sector.
• Advised a New-York based insurance and financial services company on the divesture of one of the Belgium’s most historic soccer clubs, together with the entity holding the club’s stadium, to a consortium of buyers led by the club’s CEO.
• Advised a leading Belgian-based construction group, on the sale of their Luxembourg activities to a French civil engineering and construction player.
• Advised a Belgian family-owned automotive group on several acquisitions and divestures of car dealerships (including Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Ferrari, Pinifarina, Opel, Volvo, Mini, BMW, Motorrad).
