- Acting as lead outside counsel for a Qatar government agency to implement its full regulatory and corporate restructuring.
- Representing hotel owners and negotiating hotel management agreements, licensing, and technical services agreements for a number of luxury hotels in Qatar.
- Representing a prominent Qatari bank for the corporate structuring of the development and financing of an integrated workers’ accommodation community in Qatar valued at QAR 1.3 billion.
- Representing one of the largest food companies in the world and listed in two major stock exchange markets in connection with a major asset acquisition in Qatar. Estimated value of transaction is US$150 million.
- Advising a prominent international business school on all legal and operational matters for its activities in Qatar.
- Assisting with the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements in relation to off-plan properties within a US$5.5 billion, 8,600 acre community in Qatar.
- Representing Qatari and foreign businesses in major commercial transactions, including acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and joint venture projects in Qatar.
