Overview
As a member of the White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Group, Anna represents clients in internal and government investigations and white-collar defense. Within this role, she has assisted clients in preparing voluntary self-disclosures and cooperating with federal agency investigators and officials. She has also advised clients on disclosures and investigations launched by the Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Justice, National Security Division, and Securities and Exchange Commission.
