Overview

Andrea Capone is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s New York office. As a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition and Litigation groups, Andrea represents clients in a variety of matters, including multidistrict antitrust litigations, antitrust merger reviews, and other complex commercial litigations involving contractual disputes, trade secrets, corporate governance issues, and government contracts. Her experience crosses multiple industries, including telecommunications, software, and cryptocurrency.

During her time at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, Andrea was a member of the Journal of Law and Technology and the Information Policy Lab. Andrea was also a legal intern within the Competition Policy Division of the Federal Communications Commission’s Wireline Competition Bureau.
