Overview

As a highly experienced Chartered (UK) and European patent attorney, Alex has drafted and prosecuted many hundreds of patent applications on behalf of a range of different clients. He has also conducted oppositions and appeals at the European Patent Office, and prepared infringement and validity opinions.

Alex has extensive experience in the technical fields of telecoms, radar and sensors, space and satellite technologies, aerospace technology, engineering and robotics, control systems, computer-implemented inventions, broadcast technologies, propulsion, and test and measurement.

Alex started his patents career working in-house at GEC and Rolls-Royce before working in private practice at several top-tier London patent boutiques and law firms.
