  • Acted for major clients, including one of the world’s largest aerospace manufacturers and a leading Qatari construction company, in employment-related disputes before Qatari courts.
  • Represented an auditing firm in multiple administrative, criminal, and civil proceedings before regulatory authorities and courts in Qatar.
  • Represented an insurance company in a QAR 14 million dispute against foreign reinsurers before Qatari courts.
  • Acted for a mall operator in rental and construction disputes in Qatari courts involving claims exceeding QAR 500 million.
  • Represented a major food distributor in criminal proceedings arising under the Strategic Stock Law and civil nonpayment dispute.
  • Advised a satellite operator in respect to a $27 million nonpayment dispute against a sports network.
  • Represented a government on a nationally significant dispute exceeding $3 billion related to the design and construction of an airport.
  • Represented a construction company in seeking the annulment of an arbitration award valued at approximately $5 million.
