Washington – June 4, 2026: Crowell & Moring earned 92 individual rankings for 81 attorneys, as well as 48 national and statewide practice area rankings, in the Chambers USA 2026 guide. The Chambers guide ranks the country’s top law firms and lawyers through in-depth research, client interviews, and feedback from attorneys at peer firms. 

Washington – February 24, 2026: Chambers and Partners has ranked 13 Crowell & Moring practice groups and 20 individual lawyers in the Chambers Global 2026 guide.

Washington – November 5, 2025: Crowell & Moring ranked nationally in 20 practice areas in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers "Best Law Firms." In addition, the firm was ranked in 38 metropolitan categories. 

Washington – August 20, 2025: The 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® has recognized 44 Crowell & Moring lawyers as "Best Lawyers." 

Brussels and Doha – April 1, 2024: The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) 2024 edition has recognized 16 practice areas and 11 lawyers in Crowell & Moring’s Brussels and Doha offices. The 11 individual lawyers received 18 total rankings across the 16 different practice areas.

Washington – January 26, 2022: Crowell & Moring’s International Trade Group has been named a Practice Group of the Year for 2021 by Law360. This marks the fourth year the group has been recognized by the publication with this distinction.

Washington, D.C. – April 1, 2013: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that seven practice areas and 14 attorneys in its Brussels office were recognized by the Legal 500 Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) 2013 edition. Among the attorneys recognized, three were listed in the elite "Leading Lawyers" category, up from two attorneys listed in 2012; eleven attorneys were recognized among the practice groups, an increase from seven last year; and the firm was recognized in seven practice area categories, an increase from six in 2012. The prestigious rankings are driven by independent interviews of clients and peer law firms.

Washington, D.C. – January 17, 2013: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce it has elected seven attorneys to the firm's partnership effective January 1, 2013. The firm has also promoted three attorneys to the position of senior counsel, and nine associates to the position of counsel.
