Please join us for a panel discussion on U.S. state antitrust enforcement, featuring antitrust enforcers from Virginia, New York, and Texas. The panelists will discuss the overall role of the states in U.S. antitrust enforcement, the states’ increasingly active enforcement actions, and coordination among the states, and between the states and federal agencies, in antitrust investigations.
