Internet of Things 2022: Everything Is Connected

The Practicing Law Institute is hosting a one-day conference titled, "The Internet of Things". Attendees will learn about how autonomous vehicles are navigating the road and cyberspace, best practices in regulating healthcare devices on and under the skin, cybersecurity and privacy for IoT devices, how to avoid litigation, and more.

Partner Cheri Falvey will speak on a panel titled “IoT Litigation—Identifying and Mitigating Risk ” on Friday, May 13 at 4:15 p.m. in which she will address product liability, privacy, contractual and other liability issues that arise when IoT devices cause harm or operate in ways not intended.
