HCPA Pesticide Regulations Webinar Series

The Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) will hold a Pesticide Regulations three-part webinar series covering FIFRA, 25(b) and Importing/Exporting Pesticides on October 13 – 15, 2020. Partner Michael Boucher will be speaking on the panel "The Regulation of Advertising and Claims under FIFRA" Tuesday, October 13 at 1:00 p.m. On Thursday, October 15 both Michael and counsel Amy Symonds will be speaking on the panel "Importing and Exporting Pesticides" at 1:00 p.m.
