Co-chair of Crowell & Moring’s Environment & Natural Resources Group, and former general counsel of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Ann R. Klee is featured for her comments on climate change, environmental regulations in Europe, and the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (REACH) regulations. While the U.S. has a lengthy history of REACH regulations it remains to be seen if the U.S. will model its rules after the European Union.
