DOD Counterfeit Parts Rule Signals Tough Enforcement / Final Rule on Counterfeit Electronic Parts

Government Contracts Group partner Peter Eyre offers his thoughts on the U.S. Department of Defense's final rule issued on May 6 intended to remove counterfeit electronic parts from its supply chain.
