Stephen J. McBrady, a Washington, D.C.-based partner in Crowell & Moring's Government Contracts Group, is quoted in Bloomberg BNA discussing how federal contractors should talk with their contracting officers regarding potential effects if the government shuts down on October 1, 2015.
