Kirsten L. Nathanson, a Washington, D.C.-based partner in the firm's Environment, Energy & Resources Group, is quoted in this article regarding a recent Ninth Circuit ruling on stormwater pollution that is anticipated to be reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court. Nathanson notes, "By nature of it being a Ninth Circuit environmental opinion that has achieved the liability determination and worked its way around a Supreme Court decision, I could certainly see it catching attention.
