The National Law Journal Names Holly Melton a Media & Advertising Trailblazer

New York – April 20, 2023: The National Law Journal named Crowell & Moring partner Holly Melton to its 2023 list of Media & Advertising Trailblazers. The list features lawyers who are “agents of change” and have made significant marks on their sector.

Melton is a co-lead of Crowell & Moring’s Advertising and Media Practice, a member of the firm’s ESG Advisory Group, and a partner in the New York office. She focuses on counseling advertising, marketing, and consumer goods and services companies in complex investigations and enforcement matters initiated by the Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and other local law enforcement agencies. Melton has substantial litigation experience defending clients against consumer class actions and also represents clients in initiating and defending against competitive challenges to advertising and marketing practices before the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, and in federal court.
